- Incline Barbell Bench Press
2 warm-up sets of 15 reps with moderate weight

1 warm-up set of 10 to 15 reps with moderate weight
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps until failure, 45 seconds rest - Flat Dumbbell Press
3 sets of 10 to 12 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest - Machine Bench Press
3 sets of 20 to 25 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest - Cable Crossover
